Product Review: Jazz for Babies

Disclosure: I received this product for free from Too Scoops Kids as coordinated by Jazz for Babies in consideration for review publication. All opinions are my own.

This product could not have come at a better time for my little one.  My oldest just started Kindergarten, so this was a month of change as well as some quiet one on one time with my youngest who is 20 months old.  My son is very comfortable in his bedroom & has no problems putting himself to sleep so I chose to use the music as quiet time.  We played this music as we spent time playing in his room before his afternoon nap to wind down.  We also played it during out night time bath.  It calmed them down & gave us the opportunity to share and talk about our day instead of the usual hyper water-splashing shenanigans that usually occur during bath time.

I personally enjoyed the music as well & played it often at my desk while I was doing some late night editing.  I am a fan of jazz so having it geared towards babies is fabulous!  I would have loved to have had this music back when by boys were infants. I have always sung “You are my sunshine” to both of my boys so even my 5yr old enjoyed hearing and recognizing the different versions of our song.  I like the way they took popular songs, which some are my favorites & jazzed them up in a very soothing way. I enjoyed the variety of instruments as well. In my opinion…very well done!

We love these tunes and I would highly recommend them to mothers-to-be to have ready for when their little ones arrive.
